The provider shall notify Ross Aviation Limited of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.
The provider shall commit to preventing the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts and maintain awareness of the consequences of obsolescence.
The provider shall notify Ross Aviation Limited of changes to processes, products or services, including changes of external providers or location of manufacture.
The provider shall endeavour to flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements, ensuring persons are aware of:
- Their contribution to product or service conformity.
- Their contribution to product safety.
- The importance of ethical behaviour.
The provider shall provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorised release certificate, as applicable.
The provider shall retain indefinitely documented information related to manufacture or process operations as applicable or obtain approval for their disposition.
The provider shall allow right of access by Ross Aviation Limited, our customers, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
The provider shall commit to the prevention, detection, and removal of foreign objects, as applicable.
